If you read the blogs you’re gonna recognize some of this story, but sometimes the line between creator and creation gets blurry. I don’t talk as much in these blogs now that the teen is gone & I’m by myself most of the time. It started to feel like people were sick of hearing about me anyway. Having opinions about anything is dangerous these days too. Getting financially punished for them gets old pretty quick, so now we live in a world where censorship is just how it is. Even saying that much is likely to get me in trouble. What a sad state of affairs.

Anyway, I also added the gift list to the links because a few people have again asked for it & they wanted time to prepare. I’m sorry it’s just toys, but anything else I need is either expensive or I need to try it on myself & sending stuff back to Amazon just ends up costing me money. Random Lego is a safe gift. I can grist it out for parts even if I already have a set. If you’re absolutely hell bent on getting me something useful in a larger sense you’re going to have to contact me directly. The surprise will be ruined, but I’m always surprised by people wanting to give me so much more than I feel like I’ve earned, so you get to surprise me in that sense.

I have a pretty good feeling I know the books Thomas is referencing. Oddly enough I too spent a lot of in Libraries with my Mom in my younger days and I’ve always been really into paranormal stuff. I used to check out those books a lot.

I think I already mentioned that I took the T.A.P.S./Ghosthunters course in Warwick, Rhode Island a few years ago. Honestly, it wasn’t very educational. There wasn’t much about the theory, techniques, technology or working with the client. Mostly, it was the instructor grousing about one thing or another, usually former team members. I wasn’t particularly impressed.

Hey Jackie,
Have you published these in book form? Because I binged on them for the longest time but then life happened and I lost my place and if there’s books I’ll buy them all. I really love your comics and they would do so well in volumes.

I only ever did one because there didn’t seem like there was a lot of interest. It’s linked up top. I kind of accepted that my work was never going to warrant publication so that’s why it has nonstandard dimensions for a big chunk in the middle. If I ever do get enough interest I’m going to have to hire someone to sort it out though. I can barely keep up with the new stuff let alone setting up a print thing again…

when did the teen move out/leave?

Too bad LEGO doesn’t have a similar feature for gifting on their website.
I would bet a minifig you would get so many discounted sets just in time for the holidays.

I’ma say it one more time; ghosts have their own agenda. They are so much fun to think about, until you meet one. They don’t answer questions, heck, they barely know that you are there. They are not fun, they are something that is like a piece of someone’s memory stuck in a place. Kind of like an echo, you can perceive it, but it’s not tangibly there, it just keeps echoing even after you’ve stopped speaking. 0/10 would not do again.

For what it’s worth, I’ve read this comic for some years now and always enjoyed the text thing whatever it’s called, sometimes as much as the story, so by all means keep going.

Yeah, its kinda like the editors cut, or interviewing the stars after the movie. Sometimes more entertaining the really useful, sometimes it’s both useful And entertaining.
