Hey guys, a friend of mine’s book came out Pepper Penwell and the Land Creature of Monster Lake.  The title is a link in case you are a little slow.  Check out the copy from the Amazon site:\

Pepper Penwell is a great manga styled graphic novel which follows in the footsteps of great teeen detectives like Nancy Drew and the HArdy Boys. Something sinister is afoot in the remote town of Monster Lake, Great Britain. Enter Pepper Penwell, teenage sleuth and budding adventurer, armed with her trusty magnifying glass and full to the brim with tea and spunkiness. With the help of her absolutely smashing detective’s brain, Pepper sets out to track down a missing drum majorette and uncover all manner of knavish undertakings in this comedic adventure for young adults and up.

You should totally support my friends because…  I’m awesome.  LOGIC!

I totally forgot what time it was since I was on the road today.  I’m a little tired and fuddled.

I actually didn’t like The Sixth Sense. I figured out the plot twist in ten minutes and I wasn’t impressed by the acting. I’m one of the few people not disappointed by anything Shyamalan’s done since because I wasn’t impressed in the first place.

Points to @Radio365 for figuring out that Reggie was John’s source. You’re paying attention!

Urgh — 1:15 a.m. Up all night with a Production hang. Bed time for this Bear.

Ah, wikis. The ultimate source of plot information for those of us who can’t be bothered to watch something.

@Blayze–

You’re saying, Wikis are like Cliff’s Notes for movies? I like it.

It took me three days to do it, but I finally caught up. It’s weird how it took me three days in the real world to catch up on three days in the comic’s world, but I love this all around. This has to be the most likable cast of characters I’ve seen in a webcomic and I look forward to reading this every MWF (wish it was everyday, though).

You & me both, kid. I lack the skill. Glad to have you on board though! Thanks for reading the whole deal.

hey! i just read your whole backlog in like three days ( I too work in retail and seemed to get a mid-week weekend) It’s so great. I especially like brooksie, she makes me fell better about being short and as one jerkface co-worker stated “awkward and weird.”

The Sixth Sense wasn’t too great in hindsight. On the the off chance you DON’T know the twist, I won’t mention it, but it kinda ruins the movie when you think about it.
And it feels as though a lot of the choices made were just for the sake of being spooky.

However, the rest of the movie was awesome and amazing and I love it.
