707 Unsettling.

I had a dream that woke me up feeling unhappy. I was Christmas shopping with my mom and she left the car unlocked. (She doesn’t have a car, but in the dream she did.) We were in England for some reason too… Anyway there was this group of kids milling around the car and poking their hands in to swipe stuff. I ended up having to stand there and defend the car like a lion defending its kill. It was super aggravating. At some point they overwhelmed me and started making off with stuff so I got into a nearby snowplow and chased them down, destroying their car in the process. The police constable said it was cool when he caught up and that these bands of roaming urchins were a real problem this time of year. He had to keep presents as evidence though. When I got back to the car Mom and I had an argument over her leaving the car unattended. I woke up all angry about shit that hadn’t really happened.

Have a merry Christmas if that’s what you celebrate. If not, have a happy Saturday. There’ll be a special Christmas image tomorrow in the blog post. It’s not super Christmasy though. X3 I’m just using the holidat as an excuse to draw characters in various states of undress.

I find your story of angry dream very interesting.

That being said I just finished my third runthough of your story thus far (once two days ago, once yesterday, and once today). Love everything about it. The black and white to color scene was rather poetic. And all the characters are just magnificently portrayed. I laughed, I cried, mostly laughed, then laughed some more. I’m happy to add this to the list of comics that I read.

Onto this page Carol is being scary again.

Yeah, I have dreams like that. They’re frustrating, illogical and, usually in my case, absurdly complicated. Furthermore, and here’s the resonance, I wake up angry about shit that hasn’t really happened, at least until I’m awake enough to say out loud, “That simply did NOT happen!” It seems to clear my mind, but requires explanation to my bedmate. She thinks I’m nuts, but tolerates my eccentricity.

Although it is shallow and childish of me, I am happy to see certain Between Failures cast members in various states of undress. (She’s right, I am nuts).

I found this comic just recently, and it took me two days to read through the entire thing, and I TACKLED this! It’s kept me giggling mostly, a lot of the jokes actually super funny, but now I’m just glad I’m all caught up like the other readers.

Just thought it should be mentioned that Heart can literally be used to *DOMINATE* all of the other Planeteers. It allows the user to control the hearts of others, and it’s not that it’s a weak power, but that it’s given to someone who doesn’t abuse what it could do.

WHAT?! NOOOOO!!! I CAUGHT UP WITH THE COMIC! WOE IS ME!!
SHIZNELWAFFLES!!! (INSERT OTHER MADE UP CURSES HERE)

Crave–

What an odd dream — but after more than a decade of working physical security, and three decades of home ownership, I’ve had similar nightmares. I have a handful of kleptomaniacs in the neighborhood who rifle through my (and other neighbors’) mail, steal what they can use and burn the rest. Years ago, I went to see the Postal Inspectors, but they told me they couldn’t do anything unless I had photos or movies. And your job is what, exactly? Lazy bastards, worse than the punks. I’ve had to rent a mailbox elsewhere, but at least I almost always get my mail.
