297 Something Like Hope.

I think I unlocked all the characters in Mario Kart the other day.  I haven’t unlocked all the karts, and there’s a fair chance I won’t ever.  I think I may have reached the limit of my skill.  I did try racing on vs mode with no items, which it turns out you can do.  It changes the game a lot, but it was neat.
