I don’t go super silly in the comic very often, but sometimes it’s fun to dare to be stupid. Nina has a huge stride compared to Ed, so he’s fucking booking it to have that kind of distance on her. It’s not helping to regain his stamina though. I feel like Nina isn’t thinking her actions through as much as she might usually. Sometimes we lose sight of what we need to do to get what we want in the pursuit of it.

Anyway, I hope Wednesday finds you feeling fine. Hopefully it will carry through to Friday when we should meet again. Until then, put one foot in front of the other foot, put the other foot down, down, down.

Actually, this is Nina’s clever and nefarious plan to build up Ed’s stamina, by literally chasing the F#€k out of him. I don’t think they’ve actually said it to one another, but any bets on who and when they’ll breach the “L” word to one another? I mean Nina is planning years and years into the future, so I’m pretty sure it’s a given by now. And while dating a coworker maybe a fireable offense to the company, I’m pretty sure that is based uponthe concept of management and regular worker dating. They don’t want any nepotism… and I’m pretty sure they also don’t want any weird smells and sticky surfaces around the store…
