My sleep schedule is so messed up I want to go to bed right now, and it’s 5:30 PM. I fell asleep at 4 pm yesterday and woke up at 2 AM. On the up side I was awake and refreshed enough to finish this page. Xmas took a lot out of me. The conditions at my grandparents house were such that I ended up in a pretty bad way. I wasn’t able to get my pages done in a timely manner. I’m hoping to do Wednesdays page after I sleep a little tonight, Fridays on Monday, then the next three in the rest of the week. I’ve been feeling better today than I was Xmas week, so maybe the imbalance of my meds is all worked through my system. The future is unclear.

Yeah, we have different med conditions but I feel you. I pushed myself a little too much on Christmas— one glass of wine at dinner and I had to leave the 72 degree room because I was flushed with heat. Wardrobe change and I sat down on the couch and couldn’t get up. Literally/figuratively could not lift myself off the couch.
I hope your condition starts to resolve too.
The future is bright.
These two (as always) are just one big bundle of cute. I really hope my someday relationship ends up like theirs. ^_^
Hope 2016 lets up on you, heaven knows 2015 didn’t really.
Keep healthy and safe my friend. Take care of you so you can take care of other stuff. Here’s hoping 2016 is better for everyone.
I find that searching “sleep-inducing music” on YouTube and playing that on my phone helps me when I can’t get to sleep. Maybe that’ll help you get your sleep schedule back on track.
Heh… I wish I was that smooth… but -puts on shyguy mask- I’m just a shyguy
Same here.
(I even have the mask)
That’s very funny. : )
If you’re having trouble sleeping, and your family doesn’t mind noises, there’s a lovely site I use when I can’t sleep well. it’s called mynoise.com, and you don’t have to pay a thing for it. It can work on iPhones and tablets as well. You can layer sounds, and set them to your own hearing, so that you can either keep yourself up or put yourself to sleep. You can also randomize them for long listening. Maybe that and some other things will help? Also, great strip. I love it. :)
Did you happen to mean http://www.mynoise.net the http://www.mynoise.com redirects to a .de version with no other language choices that i could see. Also found it in iTunes, the initial download is free but it does mention in-app purchases, with most running $0.99. I did not find it on Google though, not the same app anyways. There were albums/tracks by an artist listed as myNoise advertising binaural beats and other ambient noises which might help.
That is the site I meant, and I sincerely meant the one on the computer. It works on my computer, and comes in English. If you donate on the page, even once, everything is free and you can stack up to five sounds at once. I know the app functions differently.
At least he is honest
