Oh Mike, what are you getting yourself into? He must be fairly serious about improving if he’s willing to train with someone he clearly fears on some level.
I finished Megaman Battlenetwork 6 on Monday night after I finished my page. I loved the Battlenet series from the start, and I have to say I’m really sad that it’s over. Of course I thought that I’d never play another classic Megaman game when that series ended either, so who knows. For the record 5 is the best game in the series, and the DS version is the best of the choices. The series didn’t change too much from one iteration to the next, but that’s a good thing as far as I’m concerned. A lot of times with sequels they deviate so much that what made the original so fun sort of falls apart. Which is not to say that change and innovation are bad, but when I play a sequel all I really want is more of what I liked about the first game. What do I like the best about MMBN? It’s basically Tron when you strip off the Megaman coating. Tron was an awesome movie. It should have been an awesome game, but every group that tried to make one fucked it up.
Anyway, I still have a couple of GBA games to finish before I put that system to rest for the final time. I’m not sure how many exactly, but I know I’m not quite finished yet.

She’s the Obi Wan to his Luke or the Darth Vader to his Galen Marrick.
I have a feeling she’d be rather hard on him, like Pai Mei was to The Bride in Kill Bill vol. 2. Only more sarcastic.
The comment above is an epic comment.
+2 to the poster.
The comic is a +7 in suspense, so it is epic.
Since every is throwing in camparisons, I’ll do the same, Carol’s going to be Tigress to Mike’s Kung Fu Panda. lol.
I rofled hard at the comic, harder on the #1 and #3 comment and the #4 comment blew it all. Omg poor, poor Mike. =)
Mike ” I’m not affraid”
Carol ” Goood, you will be, you will be.”
Pffft… Carol is the Mumm-Ra to his Ma-Mutt.
[And I laugh in the face of those who don’t have Thundercats Season 2 on DVD.]
The Mephistopheles to his Faust? I love references I understand.
Mike’s chin fluff looks like a bat.
