I’m sorry to hear your mom didn’t get any super powers.
It’s probably for the best your mom didn’t get superpowers, given how often that leads to hero-related damages that insurance refuses to cover.
I work with many barely-adults who don’t remember 9/11, if they were alive at all; it makes me feel so old.
Unfortunately, radiation only gives you superpowers if you have a sufficiently tragic upbringing.
