I was going through one of my old work toolboxes a year ago and found a “custom” Homies figure I used to keep in it.

Mind you, I brought that toolbox home in 2008 or so when I quit that job.

It was a Homies figure that was missing his head, so I added a Batman TAS head from a fast food promotion toy to it.

Voila! “BAT HOMIE”

Holy crap in a foreshadowing… Victoria poofs in a cloud of purple…I fear Reggie is going to have quite the audience I hope he took his stage fright pills that looks like a lot of performance anxiety waiting to happen nevermind the pending trauma…lol…I hope Alex can get her fun in before Thomas has to check their stock of brain-bleach! I’m already cracking up and it hasn’t even happened yet! And pour one out for the poor pizza pope can’t get a day off with Madison around…lol

Ha, I knew it! We’ve caught Victoria fading back into the shadow realm from whence she came! The lilac shadow realm, specifically, which is even worse than the normal one.

The image gets too busy for my eye when characters are in a mob like that. I prefer for them to fade until they return to the fore.

It’s a neat stylistic choice, honestly. As a fellow artist, I agree with your idea it’d make the image too busy

Mike was being helpful to Reggie last strip, but “You’re not helping!” here.

That’s kind of odd. Huh.

Anything that spammers use as key terms gets moderated. Many seemingly innocuous things fall under that umbrella because of the volume of spam and hacking attempts.

Dang, I hadn’t thought about “Homies” in at least a decade. I once met a kid back in the 90’s who actively worked at standing with his toes pointing 180 degrees apart as depicted in the pictures. I wonder how his knees are.

Mike has always been my fav, and boy has that not changed. I love how out of his depth he is, but he tries his best. We’ve seen him be competent, but I kinda like when he’s a little nervous, but still trying.

I like how Mike is their manager, but sometimes has the attitude of, [I’m just as confused by headquarters as [you] guys], when he talks to his store’s workers.
