She gets a 10/10 for making this whole thing up on the spot. Sure, Victoria trained her well, but training only *prepares* you for anything – training doesn’t tell you what to actually *do* in any given situation.
If you don’t have the skills needed to improvise a solid solution for any given situation, then are you really prepared? I don’t see how training can prepare you for anything without giving you the tools to deal with anything.
