REAL honesty has very little to do with successful retail – tact is also important, unless the customer is been a MAJOR asshole or something, then all bets are off.
I got just a couple of points we’re looking at that we discussed on the call this morning, and we go off to a good start to 2012. It’s all about the delivery. I’ve said some particularly spicy things and have had my co-workers laughing their asses off at it. Hell I’ve talked about how we should lock the doors and just collapse the roof killing all the customers inside. I heard no dissenting opinion from them. Working Retail makes you hate humanity as a whole really quick.
