Not gonna lie if a religious restaurant had this kind of atmosphere all the time I’d think it was secretly some kind of coded super cool hangout for sassy gays and fetishists xD

Technically it’s not a religious restaurant, but Ramon has a terrible concept of theming. He should really move the crucifix inside so people quit getting the wrong idea…

“The maze cummer” is a line that only works in text. Which is fine, I like jokes like that, it’s just funny to hear in your head. Everyone else would be like “You mean maze-goer? Like you met him in a maze, or he likes mazes? What?”

This makes me realize that I’m still wondering what Victoria thinks about her brother banging her cousin. She seemed shocked but I don’t recall her giving more of a reaction later. That’d be a weird thing to learn, even if she is clearly not a very conservative or religious person.

Probably shocked as in ‘her? I remember that girl. Wow, someone I vaguely know’ (there being little indication they’ve had anything to do with each other since that wedding), rather than ‘our precious and well-beloved relative with whom we have years of close relationship?! Oh no!’. She was only becoming an honorary relative by marriage anyway, rather than being blood, so any ‘shock’ is disproportionate. The word ‘cousin’ does a lot of heavy lifting.

She was there as Reggie told the story, as she told one of the girls that he was talking about cousin Victoria.

Maze cummer? Someone remind me what Reggie did to get that title?

I’m actually looking forward to a bemused Thomas and shocked Carol looking at this scene while Alex and Victoria ambles in.

Is bemused the right word? What would puzzle him about it?

I feel like he’d be very puzzled why anyone would call anyone the names they just called each other and how those two people who he’d never imagine knew each other clearly have such an intense history.

I don’t remember this in detail but was Reggie’s cousin the bride’s sister, and no actual blood relation at all?

I remember Evrina being very rude about the story, but if they were only cousins by marriage I really don’t see the issue.

They are not blood related, but apparently that doesn’t matter to some people. A lot more than I realized even at the time.

… are those ‘people’ mainly Americans? Just wondering. There’s a real puritanical strain that manifests in them in the oddest of ways that doesn’t suffer consideration of specifics.

IMO- since this topic is about- two fictional people, having an erotic hookup, in some very unusual circumstances, I’d rather not- try to speculate what nations would look sideways at this event. Do you know what I mean?

Ugh. I need to buy some cord wood. I’d rather worry about that, today. :)

As Foggy Dewhearst once said- “[How] did the conversation roll this way?”

Oh well. Some people worried about Patrick Star…the cartoon character, + his stockings + his high heels.
I think I’ll leave some stones un-turned.
Have a good one. :)

I went straight to

The Hardy Boys and the Maze Cummer.

Nancy Drew in The Adventures of the Furry Fuckwit.

…somebody’s got a raging clue.

Nancy Drew sits down with one of the Hardy Boys.
The Hardy Boy shows her his written list of suspects.

Nancy Drew looks over at him, and says:
“Gosh. That’s a hard one!”

*rimshot*

I’d ask why she just didn’t say Cornholio, but then I realized that none of them were even a gleam in their papa’s eye when that particular term was first said. :)

It’s sad that I’m far more than old enough to know who that is… :\

Please, don’t sweat it.
:D

People Magazine says, (the fount of knowledge that it is), that: anything that was well known, in the past 40 years, is still pop culture.
:D
