There was a tornado watch today and a storm that disrupted my day in such a way that by the time I could sit down to make comics I wasn’t feeling very good. Enough that I just had to sleep it off. Technically I’ve posted this page on the right day, but I apologize for it not being up at the normal time.

Carol is much more brave than Thomas in many ways. It may not seem immediately obvious but Thomas is a very fearful individual. Comparatively Carol is basically fearless & self confident. They balance each other more than Nina & Thomas would, for example. Not that Nina & Thomas couldn’t have a very happy life if they became a couple, but the results would be different. Thomas wears a rock down like a constant flow of water. Carol breaks a rock like a hammer. You don’t always have time to move a rock with erosion. Sometimes you need a hammer.
