Jessica Lincoln: The Witch Who Was Trouble.

Jess is not one to tolerate an insult, intended or not. Especially when she almost always has backup in shouting range. The only person more likely to pull their wand on you is her brother. Her quickness to resort to wandplay has given her a reputation as a troublemaker, and a bit of a klutz. She’s actually very skilled, but she tends not to pay attention to her surroundings. He real interest is if anyone is talking out of turn. Jess might well have ended up in another house if her brother hadn’t been sorted in to Ravenclaw, as she is loyal, above all, to him. She’s no mean intellect, but a little too sure of herself, and a tad too paranoid for her own good. She’s shown a fair ammount of skill for wandlore. In fact the “sticks” she often uses to hold her bun in place are actually experimental wands. Just in case…

Just have to ask, why are you putting everyone into Ravenclaw? It would seem to me that at least a couple of them would be better suited to other houses.

((sorry for this but I’m a bit of a Potter nerd))

It doesn’t make much sense for them to be friends if they’re in different houses. Besides, if you really look at the sorting rules they’re basically arbitrary.

Yeah, the sorting thing can be a bit flimsy, but friends and family members have been known to be in different houses. Just want to put my opinion out here (not trying to niggle) but this is how I would have them sorted;

Gryffindor (brave)
Thomas
John
Carol

Ravenclaw (brainy)
Nina
Jess
Ed
Brooksie

Slytherin (Cunning/self-serving)
Reggie
Wes

Hufflepuff (anyone else)
Mike
