I used to know what exactly the riot act was.  It has since been deleted in favor of something else.  Probably Doctor Who episodes…  Just a guess.

    Jeez, I never read the actual Riot Act before and I somehow managed to figure out the relevance of Andrew’s post to the comic. Anonymous can be found in the myriad nooks and crannies of the interwebs and he is uniformally dense and /b/tarded.
